World Bicycle Day

The bicycle is one of our planet's most useful inventions. It serves as a mode of transportation for millions of people, requiring just human effort. We have been riding bicycles since we were children. It is beneficial to our physical and emotional well-being, as well as for the environment and economy. Cycling is an excellent workout that keeps us busy & active. It is appropriate for people of all ages, and the scraped knees and scratched elbows we get from falling off our bicycles are part of what makes childhood memories of playing so nostalgic.

Regular physical activity can help us live a healthier lifestyle and lower our chance of getting a variety of diseases such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and so on. Bicycling daily can lower our risk of developing health issues.

Every year on June 3rd, World Bicycle Day is observed to honour the bicycle's originality, durability, and versatility. Bicycles are a low-cost, dependable, simple, clean, and eco-friendly mode of transportation. On this day, people usually go for a bicycle ride around town. We will, however, be unable to ride our bicycles on the roads due to the lockdown; instead, we will remember this day by recalling our bicycle riding memories. Everyone has a story about a bicycle. We can also convey the significance of bicycles and about this day to everyone.
