A Cup of Tea is a simple thing with numerous benefits. It relieves us from a variety of problems, including headaches, stress, exhaustion, mood swings, and breakups. It has the ability to bring us enormous delight and bring peace to our minds. 


We adore Chai or Tea so much that a day is identified and celebrated in its honour every September 21st as National Tea (Chai) Day.


Today (21st September) is both the International Day of Peace and National Tea Day, as you cannot have peace in your life without a cup of tea.


So, always take a tea break in the middle of a busy day and take pleasure in every sip.
